To our project which was selected to be a finalist in World Architecture Festival 2012 in the Future Projects / Mixed-Use Category, we created a homogenous look that blends in with its surroundings and added the possibility of expanding the inner areas with plus rooms.

We thought about a living, moving organism rather than a static building. We wanted it to be a building that re-evaluates standards and carries them higher by doing environmental analysis, designating the potential of the region, figuring out the development of an industrial building identity and the criterias for such identity. We also designed, with a state-of-the-art architectural application, a ramp in order to let light and heavy vehicles to reach all the floors.
